All orders will be received within 2-3 business days from shipment.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
We only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.
Return PolicyÂ
Due to the nature of our products, we have a strict no return policy.
You can always contact us with any return queries at contact@varonil.co.uk and we will get back to you within 48 hours.
Damages and issuesÂ
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
RefundsÂ
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not via email. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
